Description:
Check if lampost is on (shining).
Possible values are:
- "ON"
- "OFF"
- "AUTO" (auto is only on during the night).
Examples:
lightIsOn nearestObject [[[player]], "StreetLamp"] != "OFF"

Comments:
Use switchLight to turn lamposts on and off.
