Syntax:

Parameters:
number: Number - Number that should be rounded.
factor: Number - factor
secondary factor: Number - (optional) Secondary factor, used when number / primary factor is smaller than 10 (scalar).
Return Value:
Number - Rounded number

Examples

Example 1:
[10.254,2,3] call BIS_fnc_roundNum;//Returns 9
Example 2:
[10.254,1,3] call BIS_fnc_roundNum;//Returns 10
