Returns the sun to moon transition state in range 0..1.
The return value is either 0 or 1 most of the time, the in-between values only returned during a few minutes in the morning and in the evening, depending on the date, and could be something as shown on the side.- Groups:

Note that at a 0.99 value, the twilight is still quite dark. This can be tested with :
