channelID: Number - channel ID
enable: Boolean - true to enable, false to disable (both VoN and chat)

Nothing

Parameters:
channelID: Number - channel ID
[chat, VoN]: Array
chat: Boolean - true to enable text chat
VoN: Boolean - true to enable voice chat
