- cameraCenter: Position2D - (default [0, 0]) position where the camera should be placed and locked

- On Arma 3 1.98.146303, closing the map after running this function does not unlock the map's camera. One must use BIS_fnc_zoomUnlock to allow the player to move the camera again.
