Sets the additional value in the row with the given index of a CT_LISTBOX or CT_COMBO control.

Parameters:
idc: Number - Control IDC
index: Number
value: Number - Only integer values are supported
Return Value:
Nothing

Alternative Syntax

index: Number of control
value: Number - Only integer values are supported
