Parameters:
ctrlSlider: Control - Slider Control
ctrlEdit: Control - Edit Control
unit: String - (Optional, default "%") measurement unit added behind the number
defaultValue: Number - (Optional, default nil) when present, only the value is set, functionality is not initialized
