There is a listing of User Interface Event Handlers that will work with ctrlSetEventHandler, but when combining those UI event handlers you must drop the On part.
Bad Example:
_control ctrlSetEventHandler ["OnLBSelChanged", ""]
Good Example:
_control ctrlSetEventHandler ["LBSelChanged", ""]
