Return an array with the vehicle's all pylons info.

Syntax:
getAllPylonsInfo vehicle
Parameters:
vehicle: Object
Return Value:
Array of Arrays in format [Pylon index, Pylon name, Assigned turret, Magazine className, Magazine ammo count, Magazine detail]
