High Command – Talk

I am trying to learn how to duplicate the following command structure.

I am having trouble creating the slots and gamelogics to allow the Squad Leaders to issue commands to their 3 Fire Teams. And allow the PltCO issue commands to the 3 Squad Leaders at the same time.

Can you help provide some help in this area on your Biki page?
