I cannot reproduce suggestion you added to setOvercast

Tried

0 setOvercast 0; skipTime 0.0083 (0.5 seconds)

0 setOvercast 0; skipTime 1 (1 hour)

0 setOvercast 0; skipTime 2 (2 hours)

No effect.

Would you be so kind as to edit your comment and provide a working example?
