Stack an event. handler. Possibilities are onEachFrame, onPlayerConnected, onPlayerDisconnected, onMapSingleClick, onPreloadStarted, onPreloadFinished

You cant use code block like in Example1 field, ONLY string is supported. So correct example is: ["someId", "onEachFrame", "hintSilent str time"] call BIS_fnc_addStackedEventHandler;
