Decodes a single scalar into array of unique binary flags with indexes between 0-15.

Syntax

Syntax:
scalar call BIS_fnc_decodeFlags
Parameters:
scalar: Scalar - Scalar (max. 65535, 2^16-1)
Return Value:
Array - Flags (See parameter of BIS_fnc_encodeFlags)

Examples

Example 1:
_decodedFlags = 13 call BIS_fnc_decodeFlags;//Returns [0,2,3]
