Syntax:
taskID call BIS_fnc_taskCompleted
Parameters:
taskID: String - ID or name of the task
Return Value:
Boolean - returns true if task state is either "SUCCEEDED", "FAILED" or "CANCELED". Returns false for all other states and if task does not exist
