- Parameters:
- idc: Number - control's idc
- line: Number - value delta to move the slider when clicking on the outer arrows
- page: Number - value delta to move the slider when clicking inside the slider bar
- step: Number - (Optional, default 0) slider step
- Return Value:
- Nothing
