  Arguments of this scripting command have to be local to the client the command is executed onEffects of this scripting command are broadcasted over the network and happen on every computer in the network

Description

Description:
Orders the unit(s) to watch the given position or target (via the radio). Use objNull as the target to order a unit to stop watching a position/target

Syntax

Syntax:
unitName(s) commandWatch position
Parameters:
unitName(s): Object or Array
position: Array - format Position
Return Value:
Nothing

Alternative Syntax

Syntax:
unitName(s) commandWatch target
Parameters:
unitName(s): Object or Array
target: Object
Return Value:
Nothing

Examples

Example 1:
_soldierOne commandWatch markerPos "MarkerMoveOne"
Example 2:
[s1,s2] commandWatch player

Additional Information

Multiplayer:
This command is only effective when used on local units. When used on a remote unit, this command will create radio dialogue on the machine the unit is local to, but the unit will not watch the target object/position.
