In Arma 3:
setVehicleLock "UNLOCKED" = same as "lock 0"
setVehicleLock "DEFAULT" = same as "lock 1"
setVehicleLock "LOCKED" = same as "lock 2"
setVehicleLock "LOCKEDPLAYER" = same as "lock 3"
