Description:
Return the current command type (empty string when no command) for the commander of given vehicle (or for a given soldier). Returned value can be one of:
  • "WAIT"
  • "ATTACK"
  • "HIDE"
  • "MOVE"
  • "HEAL"

  • "REFUEL"
  • "REARM"
  • "SUPPORT"
  • "JOIN"
  • "GET IN"
