- Parameters:
- sideA: Side
- sideB: Side
- Return Value:
- Boolean - True if side B is friendly to side A.
Examples

_isFriendly = [west, east] call BIS_fnc_sideIsFriendly; //Checks if EAST is friendly to WEST.
