Bohemia Interactive's Games
The original Operation Flashpoint series for the PC created the new benchmark in modern realistic military gaming and included Operation Flashpoint in 2001 and Operation Flashpoint: Resistance in 2002. The games won many awards and were later distributed in one box by Codemasters as Operation Flashpoint: Game of the Year (GOTY) Edition.
Next came Operation Flashpoint: Elite for the Xbox which was released in 2005. Unlike many PC game conversions, all of the in-game functionality of the PC version was provided in this release, which included modified versions of the original Operation Flashpoint and Operation Flashpoint: Resistance campaigns in upgraded game engine with full Xbox Live multiplayer support.
And in late 2006 and early 2007 Bohemia Interactive's new Armed Assault came on the market. After many years of waiting, the fans finally had their true successor to Operation Flashpoint.
In summer 2009, Arma 2, the next game in the Arma series, was released worldwide.
Before Operation Flashpoint some other games were produced by Bohemia Interactive and the Španěl brothers.
