Syntax

- [template, arguments] call BIS_fnc_showNotification
- Parameters:
- template: String - notification class name from CfgNotifications
- arguments: Array - (Optional, default []) additional format arguments to fill notification's fields (title, description, iconPicture, iconText, soundRadio)
- Return Value:
- Boolean
