Description:

A non-existing Config.

Unlike other null values (objNull, grpNull, etc), configNull returns true when compared to itself.

• configNull == configNull; // returns true
• isNull configNull; // returns true
• configNull isEqualTo configNull; // returns true
• configNull == configFile >> "ANonExistentEntry"; // returns true
