- format: String - (Optional, default "HH:MM:SS") can be one of:

- "HH:MM:SS.MS"
- "MM"
- "MM:SS"
- "MM:SS.MS"
- "SS.MS"
- returnArray: Boolean - (Optional, default false)
- Return Value:
- String or Array of Strings if returnArray is set to true
