Parameters:
unit: Object - Unit to play weapon fire data on
data: Array - Firing data to use BIS_fnc_unitCaptureFiring
stateIgnore: Boolean - (Optional, default false) Whether to ignore if the Unit is dead and/or cannot move
Return Value:
Return value needed
