Parameters:
unit: Object - unit to play weapon fire data on
data: Array - firing data to use BIS_fnc_unitCaptureFiring
stateIgnore: Boolean - (Optional, default false) whether to ignore if the Unit is dead and/or cannot move
Return Value:
Script Handle
