Resource title - Preload data. The resource can be defined in the Description.ext file.

[name, type]: Array
name: String defined in Description.ext for the mission
type: String "PLAIN" e.g.
Return Value:
Boolean

Parameters:
[name, type, speed, showInMap]: Array
