Gets the tooltip text associated with the specified tree view path.

Parameters:

idc: Number - IDC of the tree view control

path: Array - array containing path numbers

Return Value:

String - tooltip text

Alternative Syntax

ctrl: Control

path: Array - array containing path numbers

Return Value:

String - tooltip text
