value: Number (0.1-120)

Setting this value too high will cause performance issues. (A3 1.28)

setTimeMultiplier 0; will crash the game.
setTimeMultiplier will works well at another mission.
setTimeMultiplier < 0 will freeze the game for a short time at 30 minutes interval.
