Description

Description:
Sets velocity vector of an object in m/s.
Since Arma 3 v2.06 each velocity component is limited to the range +-5000 m/s.

Example 1:

Example 2:
Advanced method used for relative acceleration: _vel = velocity _vehicle; _dir = direction _vehicle; _speed = 10; comment "Added speed"; _vehicle setVelocity [ (_vel select 0) + (sin _dir * _speed), (_vel select 1) + (cos _dir * _speed), (_vel select 2) ];

Arma 3 logo black.png1.22 setVelocity will be affected by setDir and setVectorDirAndUp, so use it after them.
