Description

- Returns the mission author's name preceded by "by", e.g "by Username". See Description.ext/author.

Syntax

- Parameters:
- config: Config - (Optional, default configFile) where the function will look for author entry
- control: Control - (Optional, default controlNull) if provided, will be filled with author's name

- String
