Register "curatorObjectRegistered" handler. Cost of vehicles with crews will be automatically calculated based on vehicle + crew cost.

Parameters:
curator: Object - Curator module
code: Code - Handler code, passed arguments are:
0: Object - Curator
1: Array - Classes
Return Value:
Nothing
