Description:
Register RSC layer and returns a unique ID.

Syntax

Syntax:
[layerName] call BIS_fnc_rscLayer
Parameters:
layerName: String - Layer name. Parent function name is used automatically when param is nil.
Return Value:
Number - Layer ID

Examples
