Transport

Airfields

There are two airfields at Sahrani

  • Paraiso-International
    • ICAO-Code: GHSP (Military part: GHXP)
    • IATA-Code: PAR
    • Runway: 09/27, 1400m, Concrete
    • Also used by Airforce of the Kingdom of South-Sahrani (KSS-AF)
  • Pita-Airfield
    • ICAO-Code: GHSA (Military part: GHXA)
    • IATA-Code: PTA
    • Runway: 14/32, 1100m, Grass
    • Also used by the Airforce of the Democratic Republic of Sahrani (DRS-AF)

Remarks to ICAO-Code

First letter G is area West-Africa (because Sahrani is in the Atlantic, like the Canary Islands), second letter H is third letter in SAHRANI (S is used by Westsahara and A by Mali). The fourth letter is P for Paraiso and A for Pita (P is used) respectively. The letter X is used for military used airfields.
