Tile - YTime - Game Hour – Ylands

Allows to get / set current in-game time

Time is represented in 24 hour format.
Current hour is expressed by decimal number.
E.g.: if time value is 9.5, it means 9:30 in-game; if time value is 9.75, it is 9:45 in-game.
