Description:
Switches the group formation when the waypoint becomes active.

Possible values are:
  • "NO CHANGE"
  • "COLUMN"
  • "STAG COLUMN"
  • "WEDGE"
  • "ECH LEFT"
  • "ECH RIGHT"
  • "VEE"
  • "LINE"
  • "FILE"
  • "DIAMOND"
